The framework for the Aluminium flush single / double glazed vision panel are fabricated from Aluminium pipe sections. The framework shall be assembled with Aluminium clitting. The framework are fixed on single / both the faces of the wall. The internal face of the framework shall be lined with Aluminium composite panel. The window frame are then be lined on both the faces with 5-mm plain float glass with the help of double sided adhesive tape. The periphery of the glass shall be filled with suitable sealant either silicon or acrylic as per requirement. The window are also be provided with silica gel breather for absorbing any moisture trapped inside the vision panel.

FINISH OF THE WINDOW

• The vision panel can be fixed in window openings made in walls having thickness ranging from 150-mm to 400-mm or more.
• The Aluminium sheets may have dull, anodized or powder coated finish.
• Anodized finish from 10 to 20 micron in 8 colours. Powder coated finish in more than 50 colours.
• Polyester powder coated in more than 50 colours.
