With nearly 30 years in the furniture sector, Kapil possesses a deep understanding of industry dynamics and trends.

Mr. Sandeep Deshpande is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company, overseeing the finance and accounts departments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and has passed the intermediate examination by the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Additionally, he has completed certifications in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, and contract law from prestigious institutions including the New York Institute of Finance, London School of Economics and Political Science, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and Harvard Law School. His previous roles include serving as CFO at JI Foods Private Limited and BIBA Apparels Private Limited, and he has held senior finance positions at AKZO Nobel India Limited, CG Electric Systems Hungary Zrt., Infosys BPO Limited, Honeywell Automation India Limited, Solaris Chemtech Limited, Bharat Gears Limited, and A.F. Mr.Sujoy Kumar Sircar is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at our company. In this role, he manages secretarial and compliance functions. Vinod holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from H.P.J. Arts & R.Y.K. Science College, Nasik, University of Pune, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune. Additionally, he has completed an internal auditor course for ISO 9001:2008 quality management systems from Atharva Association.
